Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Amara Skin Clinic, consultation appointments are reserved especially for you. To secure your booking, a consultation deposit is required at the time of booking.

Consultation Deposits

  • New Clients: A $75 consultation deposit is required.

  • Existing Clients: A $50 consultation deposit is required.

Consultation deposits are non-refundable. However, should you proceed with treatment following your consultation, the deposit will be credited towards the cost of your treatment.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Consultation deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment, do not attend your appointment, or make changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required before another consultation can be booked.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.

Where a consultation cannot go ahead due to a late arrival, this may be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be forfeited.

Treatment Suitability

Payment of a consultation deposit does not guarantee suitability or eligibility for treatment.

All treatment recommendations are subject to a clinical assessment by your practitioner. Amara Skin Clinic may decline or postpone treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate or safe.

Acceptance of This Policy

By booking an appointment with Amara Skin Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Consultation Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Amara Skin Clinic may update this policy from time to time. The version in place at the time of your booking will apply.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
